Terms of Service

1. The service

LeadFlow collects enquiries from Facebook and Instagram lead ads and website forms, sends alerts, and helps your team follow up. Features and limits depend on your plan, shown on the Pricing page.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business.
• Keep your phone number and sign-in codes private. You are responsible for activity by the team members you invite.
• Give accurate business and billing information.

3. Your data and your leads

• You own your workspace data and your leads. We process them only to provide LeadFlow, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact your leads and for honouring their requests, including deletion requests.
• You can export or delete your data at any time (Settings → Data & privacy).

4. Facebook, Instagram and other services

When you connect a Facebook Page you also agree to Meta’s terms and policies. LeadFlow depends on Meta, SMS gateways and payment providers; we are not responsible for their outages or changes, but we will work to keep LeadFlow running when they occur.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use LeadFlow to send spam or unsolicited marketing, to collect data without consent, for illegal products or services, or to attack or overload the service. We may suspend workspaces that break these rules.

6. Plans, payment and cancellation

• Paid plans are billed in advance in Bangladeshi Taka. Prices may change with notice before your next billing period.
• You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments already made are not refunded unless required by law or stated otherwise.
• If a payment fails, the workspace may become read-only until it is paid.

7. Availability and liability

We aim to keep LeadFlow available and secure but provide it “as is”, without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Optilith is not liable for indirect losses such as lost business or profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Ending the agreement

You can delete your workspace at any time. We may end or suspend the service for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, with notice where possible. See Data Deletion for what happens to your data.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change, and significant changes will be announced in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
